Herma was trained in the Netherlands at the Academy of Physiotherapy in Amsterdam, She had many years of experience working in Hospitals and private clinic settings before coming to Canada in 1989. She did her re-certification through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association in 1992. She worked as a Physiotherapist in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia before coming to Britisch Columbia in 1998 where she started her own clinic on beautiful Gabriola Island and worked there for 8 years. June 2006 Herma opened her clinic "Phelps Physiotherapy" in Langford. She has 30+ years of experience and strongly believes in one on one treatment sessions for better patient care. |
